It was a very cool way to spend a summer Wednesday evening. One moment you’re in crazy Bucharest, the next you’re floating through the reeds, enjoying the silence and the twilight.

Our guide was Florin. For a couple of hours, he took us around Neajlovului Delta, served us some watermelon on a remote piece of land surrounded by water and reeds, then took us back, with the final minutes in darkness, guided by the lights ashore.
