This weekend we’re going rural! And we have the best excuse for it: the Draconids meteor shower. A summary of the technical info in the previous link: from sundown to midnight, with a peak at 11 pm (for Romania), in the NW side of the sky; the visible meteor frequency is estimated at about 1 per minute (the moon’s light will be blocking most of them). Unfortunately, the weather is expected to be rainy. But we’re still taking a chance and going. Wouldn’t miss a visit to the village bar for nothing!
