A few years ago, this sort of stuff frustrated me. Now, I’m just slightly amused. I read the news, I smile a little (on the inside), I say to myself “These crazy Romanians…” and then I move to other stuff.

So what happened? After the guys in charge of the streets in Bucharest built the utterly useless suspiciously expensive bike paths, those same guys are now closing them. For being utterly useless and even dangerous for bikers and pedestrians (since.. umm.. they’re build on the sidewalk).
