After a few months of shattering tarmac, breaking concrete, digging holes, digging some more holes, filling up the holes then digging them up again (“Where did you say that pipe was again? There? Are you sure? I already dug there. Forget it, I’m gonna dig here instead.”), it seems that, finally, they are preparing to start actually building something. Glorious day!
In this picture you can clearly see the complex level of task management the builders have developed. One dude is nailing the wooden panel. 4 dudes are holding the beforementioned panel (or just leaning on it). 2 more dudes (probably the bosses) are supervising the operation, while another couple are checking out the area, to make sure there are no outside interferences (like packs of stray dogs).
