I still remember that month. Last year, during November-December, Bucharest didn’t get any sun for over 30 days. And when it snowed in Postavaru, we rushed there for the weekend hoping for some ski and sun. We only got a faint glimpse of the sun and, while skiing was possible on the upper part of the slopes, we didn’t get to. Mission failed.

But the ski touring season started two weeks later with a nice practice run in Sinaia.

… followed by another run, near the end of 2014, at -15 degrees C in Predeal.

… followed by a couple more runs in Poiana Brasov, before finally going for some backcountry.
